Meet Bass & Fabienne – Highland’s Owners

We are passionate adventurers and nature lovers, and we’re thrilled to share our glamping retreat near the Grand Canyon with you. Highland was born from our love for the outdoors and our dream of creating a space where people can escape, recharge, and connect with nature—without giving up the comforts of home.

This land is special to us, especially Fabienne, who grew up on this property. Her deep connection to the Grand Canyon inspires everything we do, from preserving the natural beauty around us to practicing sustainability for future generations.

With years of camping and national park adventures under our belts, we’ve designed each glamping tent to reflect a perfect blend of cozy comfort and rugged adventure. And because we believe no adventure is complete without furry friends, Highland is proudly dog-friendly—our own pups, Macie Jean and Frank, are always here to welcome you!
